Do I Need to Be Home for Porta Potty Delivery?

Do I need to be home when the porta potty is delivered?

No. You do not need to be home. Mark the spot with a cone, ribbon or sign, leave the gate open or give us the code, and the driver places the unit. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving. Four of our ten recorded callers asked about delivery timing or being present.

• Flat ground, no obstacles.
• Within about 15 feet of where the truck can park.
• A normal gate is wide enough for a standard unit.
• Note low wires, dogs and gate codes.

Can you deliver at a set time?

We cannot promise an exact time, because routes change through the day. We can note a preference such as before noon. For events, we deliver the day before so timing never puts your event at risk.
